Delivery

FREE UK delivery on all orders. Please note that payment for pre-orders are taken at checkout and dispatched on the date indicated in the product description. All other orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. We currently ship within the UK only and do not offer international shipping.

Returns

To request a return, please email your order number and reason for return to hello@riyatora.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition in order to be accepted. Return shipping costs are covered by us. Refunds are processed once the item has been received.

Order cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order before dispatch please email hello@riyatora.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
